Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your Dewcious products safely and on time. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.): 1-5 business days
  • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on the value of the product, type of product, area of delivery, payment mechanism, etc. We further reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges borne by us while processing any refunds subsequent to such cancellation.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you face any issues with tracking, feel free to contact our support team.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery delays.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt delivery twice before returning the package to us. If the order is undelivered due to incorrect address or unavailability,additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery to ensure a smooth experience.
International Shipping

Currently, we only deliver within India. However, we are working on expanding our reach, so stay tuned for updates on international shipping.

Damaged, Delayed, or Missing Orders

If you receive a damaged package, experience unexpected delays, or have a missing order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at support@dewcious.com or call+91 8882111872 with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
