This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting refunds, ensuring complete transparency and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Refunds apply only to products purchased through our official website [www.dewcious.com].
  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are not eligible for a refund unless damaged or defective.

2. Refunds for Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

We take extreme care in packaging your order, but in rare cases, if:

  • You received the wrong product,
  • Your product arrives damaged,
  • The product is leaking, broken, or expired.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@dewcious.com or calling us at +91 8882111872 with the following details:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified by our support team, a full refund or replacement will be issued as per your preference.

3. Items Not Eligible for Refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products returned after the 7-day window
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted offers
  • Delays caused by courier companies or external events such as weather, holidays, or natural calamities

4. Cancellation & Refund Before Shipping

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel it within 24 hours or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

To cancel your order, email us at support@dewcious.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID. If the order hasn't shipped, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

Once your refund request is approved:

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, etc.) within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to process a manual refund.
  • You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your refund has been initiated.

If your refund takes longer than 7 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, we’re happy to assist further.

6. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as:

  • Products with minor packaging damage but intact contents
  • Orders with multiple items, where only one item is defective or missing
  • Refunds for discounted items, where policy limitations apply

These cases will be evaluated individually by our customer care team.
